Wow, it has been a long time and I have always wondered how you were. I am glad to hear you are doing something you feel passionately about. Food! Thats great! I have just returned from a month long trip to Europe with my family and we enjoyed Italian, French, German and Swiss cuisine. The cheese alone is incredible! But the wine and beer is a close second...not to mention the bread! I am so excited for you for your move to Croatia...I have heard good things about it. If you ever want a visitor you know...I would love to see you again! You were one of my best friends and we lost touch and track of each other.
