About Kitchen Angst! I not only want to talk about the hardships , but the great times as well.
I feel my profession is not talked about enough. I know with the food channel it has been exploited to a degree, but not on a realistic scale. I want to bring the “every day” reality to you. I would like to expand on the hard truth of being in this profession. I also want to show you the great benefits of it as well.
I have been doing this for 20 years now and don’t see myself changing that any time soon. I want to always make people happy through food! I feel that is my only way to achieve that goal. I will be telling my personal stories, as well as giving tips on cooking, and traveling to expand your culinary knowledge. I hope you find what I have to say enlightening, and enjoyable. If you have any questions on the subject please ask me, I will do my best to address them! I want this blog to be interactive as well as informative. I know food plays a major part in all our lives and I would love to take the stigma out of cooking! I want to make it fun for all!
