I think the chef by phone idea is stellar. U could fill the website with cooking basics (chopping, marinating, prep, etc...) and recipes and ads for your restaurant....and sell ad space to other restaurants or cooking supply places. U could offer live chat too (I don't know how costly that would be though).... Hope you'll get it started up! Got a new blog listed on My Blog Log if u want to check it out!!
