It’s October, and that means It’s time for scary things!
I found this on you tube and must admit, I was scared. I cook eggs for a living so this really grossed me out! I am in no way a purist that feels there is no place for the microwave in the kitchen. I am however a chef that found this “omelet” to be the worst I have ever seen! It isn’t even (by definition) an omelet. It is just scrambled eggs, with mint and cheddar cheese!
The video is bad enough on Its own. This mans accent is down right Frightening! His laugh made the hair on the back of my neck stand on end, and that dance is horrifying as well!
For the whole month of October I want to explore the Gross, Bizarre, Disgusting things in my profession. Though one month isn’t enough time to go through all of them, I promise to try my best, and pull some really good and obscure recipes for you! I hope you like this season as much as I do. Fall is my favorite time of year, the harvest, the social time, the weather… all make me happy!
